God, I Thank
Thee



I keep waving at cars passing by


Why can't they see I'm all alone


Please God tell someone to stop


And give me a loving home?




I'll give them love and affection

In special ways only a cat can do

I'll hop in their laps and  do my best

To make them smile if they're blue.



A car just stopped not far away

Here comes a little girl  straight to me

She picked me up and gave me a hug

A home I've found! God I thank thee.
