Fear Of The Unknown There's something about a lightning storm That frightens me, yet makes me feel good I have no idea why lightning does this to me Understanding these feelings I wish I could. Maybe I'm frightened by thunder's loud roars But feeling good knowing I'm safely in my home Yet, feeling fright when no one is home with me Strangely, feeling safe if I'm not home alone. Fear of the unknown is a feeling many people share Not knowing if lightning will strike causes fear Unexpectedly losing someone close to our hearts Causes each of us many heartbreaking tears.
