What's The Use? Living on a farm has it's up and downs lots of chores to be done unless it's raining and lightning all around. When the weather is bad we sit in the house resting a while thinking how behind we're getting give us reasons to frown instead of smile. Mother Nature is a stubborn lady if she wants it to rain, it rains not anything we can do about it so why worry our tired brains? Then when you think about it the rain is helping our crops grow maybe there's a reason for everything Christmas wouldn't be white without snow. So, we're going to sit here and relax listening to the rain on the window panes laughing, talking and having fun none of us are going to complain. What's the use? Ralph L. Clark© 2006 |
